Meet Romina
Romina Muhametaj is the founder of Six 7 Radius and the host of Coffee with Romina (aka RM Podcast FL). At the same time. Recently Romina also launched NE FL Negotiation Club.
She moved to America at just 17 years old by herself intending to pursue her American Dream and her accomplishments talk about her stubbornness on her goals continuously. Often, she talks about how her American Journey has been a rollercoaster but Romina has a power to keep a positive attitude over every situation and analyze everything with the “how can I make this better and what can I learn from this” mindset.
Six 7 Radius LLC., is a consulting firm that helps companies grow by building one of a kind marketing strategies & sales techniques. With the right guidance, the company can succeed no matter the external environmental factors. Romina helps her clients by overseeing their PR presence making sure the company’s culture is well represented, teaching negotiation skills to increase sales and revenue, as well as building long-term successful processes for the company. She comes from a sales and marketing background where she worked on B2C and B2B campaigns as a marketing project manager and sales leader.

Her most recent partnership was with American Negotiation Institute, a well-respected organization. Her partnership along with Ohio Dominican University, Otterbein University, The Ohio State University Moritz College Law, and DC Davis Graduate School of management were able to bring an international webinar of 4 sessions helping professionals on Virtual Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Summit.
Coffee with Romina: A Podcast About Business and Life ( aka RM Podcast FL) launched mid-2019 and keeps growing every day. The listeners come from 44 countries. On her podcast, she interviews professionals of different careers and asks them fundamental questions on how one can overcome career and life obstacles. Her goal is for the audience to learn at least one new thing per episode so they can take that knowledge and apply it to their lives. Podcast guests come from different fields, that being hostage negotiating, award-winning film directors, HR directors, attorneys, TEDx Talk speakers, and more.

Romina has serves as the President for Florida State College at Jacksonville Society of Human Resource Management since April 2018. Under her leadership and marketing strategies, the chapter was able to increase the membership roaster by 67% and exceed expectations by marking a record of 60 attendees per event compared to the previous record of 23 attendees. While working closely with the chapter advisors and rebranding the chapter’s marketing strategy she was able to help FSCJ-SHRM Student Chapter has receive the Merit Award since 2018 but last year the chapter also got recognized with the highest student chapter award, Superior Merit Award, on SHRM’s global conference on Las Vegas in 2019.
She loves HOPE theory, Help One Person Every day. Life is too boring when you enjoy your success by yourself so you share it with others.
Even though Romina has a packed schedule she finds joy on her cross-country road trips. She has visited 26 states so far and brings back with her new life lessons from every state she goes. Reading, organizing big family gatherings, and cooking are some of her few favorite hobbies.
